Product manager

Context Ibtikar Technologies, a leader in digital transformation and publisher of innovative solutions in Mauritania, is looking for a passionate and well-organized Product Manager to strengthen its Product team. You will work closely with technical teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, Data, Design), Team Leads, as well as clients, to ensure the success of digital projects (web, mobile, and data). Main Responsibilities Client needs gathering: lead scoping workshops, understand business challenges, and write user stories. Functional scoping: produce clear and AI-friendly specifications to facilitate developers’ work. Product roadmap: define priorities, structure releases (MVP, V1, V2…). Agile management: actively participate in ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective). Communication & coordination: act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and product management. Validation & quality: test deliverables, ensure functional and business compliance. Research & innovation: suggest continuous improvements, anticipate needs, benchmark competing solutions. Profile Required Proven experience in digital product management (web, mobile, SaaS). Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
